Q:What types of events have clients hosted at Caywood Farms?

A: Weddings, showers, photography shoots, birthday/graduation parties, picnics, family holiday gatherings, etc.

Q: Is there a venue at Caywood Farms? Is there any covered space for an event, particularly a wedding?

A: We open up our home for events with 25 guests or less. Larger events are held at your choice of our outdoor spots, at either of our locations. We offer the use of our carport to be used as you would a pavilion- great for food service. And, our covered front porch is available for ceremonies. If you wish to rent tents, rest assured, we will work with you to determine exactly what you need and handle all of that for you .

Q: What about tables and chairs?

A: We work with your invitation list and handle rental, delivery, setup, and return of all tables and chairs for outdoor events. For small events hosted inside our Farmhouse, we have dining space for up to 25.

Q: What about a restroom?

A: Guests have access to our half bath.

Q: Do you allow alcohol?

A: Caywood Farms is an alcohol free environment.

Q: Why should I choose Caywood Farms as my next event location?

A: We handle your event as we would handle our own. As the host, you should be able to enjoy yourself at your event. So, we can take care of all of the details and let you make memories! We have a sister company (Lily, Lantern & Lace Events) that handles events from start to finish- with a combined 60+years of experience. We also have our resident food truck (Lil' Heifer Hut) that allows you to create your own menu.

Q: What makes you unique?

A: Aside from providing the location, we provide seamless events thanks to the on-site event and catering sister businesses. We also provide multiple locations over 2 sites within just a couple of miles from one another. We are a third generation farm that is rooted in history and family- and we welcome you to be a part of both!
